Do each of these 12 times. I usually do these walking down a hallway.
Lunge and twist your upper body into the lunge (so if you have your right foot forward twist your upper body right toward your forward leg). Alternate legs.
Kick your leg out (keeping it straight) and with the opposite hand reach for your toe. Alternate legs.
Knee hugs -Alternating legs pull one leg in to your chest. When you release bring your arms back to stretch your chest too.
